AN ACT CONCERNING THE STUDY OF COMMUNITY ACCESS TELEVISION IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, to conduct a study of the best practices and most economical way to stabilize Connecticut community access television.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of community access television in Connecticut.
