AN ACT CONCERNING PROPER SHELTER FOR COMPANION AND SERVICE ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish the requirements for proper shelter for companion animals, including, but not limited to, cats and dogs, and service animals.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the endangerment of companion and service animals.
