AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTAIN GENERAL PERMITS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any general permit issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection that affects twenty-five or more businesses be adopted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes for the adoption of regulations by any state agency.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a procedure for the issuance of certain general permits by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
