AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CLASS I AND CLASS II WATERSHED LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate any exemptions for the development of Class I and Class II watershed lands, including but not limited to, development for recreational purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the destruction of watershed lands and protect public drinking water supplies.
