AN ACT CONCERNING UNIFORM ASSESSMENT OF CLEAN WATER PROJECT CHARGES BY THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that clean water project charges of the Metropolitan District Commission be uniformly assessed except for reductions allowed for customers with on-site wastewater, collection, treatment and disposal systems that do not discharge into the commission's sewer system.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for uniform assessment of clean water project charges of the Metropolitan District Commission.
