AN ACT CONCERNING THE NEW LONDON VETERANS FIELD REMEDIATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to make a payment to the city of New London in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars for the purpose of reimbursing the city for work completed on the New London Veterans Field remediation.
Statement of Purpose:
To reimburse the city of New London for remediation work it performed on the New London Veterans Field remediation project and for which the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection previously authorized funding.
