AN ACT CONCERNING BROADENING THE APPLICATION OF THE GREEN BUILDINGS TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217mm of the general statutes be amended to broaden the application of the green buildings tax credit available under such section.
Statement of Purpose:
To broaden the application of the green buildings tax credit.
