AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREMIUM TAX ON MUNICIPAL HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the insurance premium tax on municipal health insurance plans.
Statement of Purpose:
To generate municipal savings by eliminating the premium tax on municipal health insurance plans.
