AN ACT EXTENDING THE ADMISSIONS TAX MORATORIUM ON ATHLETIC EVENTS AT THE BALLPARK AT HARBOR YARD IN BRIDGEPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-541 of the general statutes be amended to extend the moratorium on the imposition of the admissions tax on any athletic event presented by a member team of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the moratorium on the imposition of the admissions tax on athletic events at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport.
