AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE REGARDING OVERSIGHT AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN PROFESSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review state oversight and licensing requirements of certain professions and make recommendations regarding which requirements should be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To study which regulatory burdens are barriers to entry into certain professions and make recommendations regarding their repeal.
