AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AND HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a new home construction and home improvement contractor certificate of registration.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a new home construction contractor to do remodeling work without having to obtain a separate home improvement contractor certificate of registration.
