AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER TICKET TRANSFERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require athletic teams, artists and venues that impose restrictions on ticket sales to provide consumers the ability to transfer such tickets in any secondary market without penalty or charge.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that consumers have the option to transfer or sell tickets on the secondary market without penalties or charges.
