AN ACT CONCERNING THE DESIGNATION OF NEW CHEMICALS AS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an expedited process by which new chemicals may be designated as controlled substances.
