AN ACT REDEFINING "SMALL CONTRACTOR" FOR PURPOSES OF THE SET-ASIDE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4a-60g of the general statutes be amended to redefine "small contractor" from a definition based on gross revenue to one using the federal standards adopted pursuant to the federal Small Business Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To redefine "small contractor" for purposes of the set-aside program to reference the federal standards adopted pursuant to the federal Small Business Act.
