AN ACT ESTABLISHING INDIGENOUS PEOPLES' DAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to change references throughout the states from "Columbus Day" to "Indigenous Peoples' Day".
Statement of Purpose:
To change the name of Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples' Day.
