AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES TO HEALTH INSURER NETWORK DIRECTORIES AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG FORMULARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurers to immediately and publicly disclose changes made to their (1) listings of participating health care providers and facilities, and (2) prescription drug formularies.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurers to immediately and publicly disclose changes made to their listings of participating health care providers and facilities and prescription drug formularies.
