AN ACT CONCERNING PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (h) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the prevailing wage thresholds for public works projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the prevailing wage thresholds for public works projects.
