AN ACT CONCERNING GRANTS-IN-AID FOR BODY-WORN RECORDING EQUIPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-277b of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to apply for grants-in-aid for reimbursement of costs associated with the purchase of body-worn recording equipment for use by resident state troopers.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities with resident state troopers to access grants-in-aid for reimbursement of costs associated with the purchase of body-worn recording equipment.
