AN ACT AUTHORIZING DISTRICTS FOR COMMUNITY BROADBAND SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-326 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the establishment of taxing districts to plan, lay out, acquire, construct, maintain, operate and regulate a community broadband system.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize districts for community broadband systems.
