AN ACT CONCERNING THE LICENSURE OF LACTATION CONSULTANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to require the licensure of lactation consultants.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the health, safety and welfare of the public by providing for the licensure and regulation of persons engaged in lactation care and services.
