AN ACT MAINTAINING THE CURRENT HEALTH DISTRICT STRUCTURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Public Health from requiring the consolidation of the municipal health districts and district departments of health.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the existing health district structure to be maintained.
