AN ACT RAISING THE AGE FOR CIGARETTE PURCHASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to raise the minimum age for cigarette purchases to twenty-one years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To require cigarette purchases to be made by those twenty-one years of age and older.
