AN ACT USING FUNDS FROM THE DRUG ASSETS FORFEITURE REVOLVING ACCOUNT FOR DRUG TREATMENT BEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 54-36i of the general statutes be amended to permit the use of funds from the drug assets forfeiture revolving account to increase inpatient services in drug treatment facilities located in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase drug treatment options in Connecticut.
