AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CREDIT UNIONS IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 3-24j and 3-24k of the general statutes be amended to broaden the eligibility requirements for credit unions to increase the number of credit unions in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of credit unions in Connecticut.
