AN ACT ESTABLISHING SMALL AND MINORITY BUSINESS RECOVERY ZONES IN URBAN AREAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish small and minority business recovery zones in urban areas in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a program targeting urban zones for economic development.
