AN ACT CONCERNING A CONNECTICUT GREEN PLAN AND RESOURCE USE INVENTORY FOR ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to:
(1) Require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to complete a Connecticut Green Plan and Resource Use Inventory for Energy Infrastructure to determine best practices for placement of energy infrastructure; and
(2) Establish a Connecticut Green Plan and Resource Use Inventory for Energy Infrastructure Advisory Committee to assist the Commissioner in drafting said plan.
Statement of Purpose:
To determine the best practices for placement of energy infrastructure.
