AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES AND RATE DESIGN STUDIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-19f of the general statutes be amended to remove requirements regarding municipal electric utilities conducting rate design studies.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove requirements regarding municipal electric utilities and rate design studies.
