AN ACT CONCERNING REALLOCATION OF BONDS FOR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS ON THE RAILROAD LINE BETWEEN SOUTH NORWALK AND DANBURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the bonds previously authorized for transportation infrastructure be amended to include reallocation of bonding authorizations for transportation infrastructure projects on the railroad line between South Norwalk and Danbury, Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for infrastructure improvements, including upgrades to the Danbury Branch railroad line.
