AN ACT CONCERNING MANUFACTURER PERMITS FOR BEER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to remove the provision limiting the sale of beer to not more than nine liters per person per day.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote Connecticut breweries and match supply with consumer demand.
