AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE CONCERNING THE STATE CONTRACTING PORTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the current State Contracting Portal managed by the Department of Administrative Services to make recommendations on how the contracting process could be streamlined for both the department and businesses using the portal.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to review the State Contracting Portal.
