AN ACT CONCERNING CREDIT FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide municipalities that contain affordable housing for senior citizens and individuals with a developmental disability with one housing unit-equivalent point.
Statement of Purpose:
To help municipalities meet the affordable housing requirements under section 8-30g of the general statutes.
