AN ACT CONCERNING STATE PUBLIC HOUSING AND INCREASES IN RENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to protect the lowest income tenants in state public housing against unaffordable increases in their rent.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the lowest income tenants in state public housing against unaffordable increases in their rent.
