AN ACT CONCERNING ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES TO GAIN HOUSING UNIT EQUIVALENCY POINTS TOWARD AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING MORATORIUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide municipalities that are ninety per cent or more developed with additional categories to gain housing unit-equivalency points toward a moratorium.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide municipalities that are ninety per cent or more developed with additional categories to gain housing unit-equivalency points toward an affordable housing moratorium.
