AN ACT PROVIDING A TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYERS WHO PROVIDE ON-SITE DAY CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit for businesses that provide on-site day care for the children of employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage employers to offer on-site child day care options for the children of employees by establishing a tax credit program for employers who provide such options.
