AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to make the possession of narcotics a felony.
Statement of Purpose:
To combat the opioid crisis in Connecticut.
