AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY TRAFFIC AND INFRACTION AMNESTY PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to investigate programs that implement state-wide traffic and infraction amnesty programs similar to a program implemented in California.
Statement of Purpose:
To save money through the rapid disposition of nonviolent offenses.
