AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SERIES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 613a of the general statutes be amended to allow a person to establish an umbrella limited liability company that includes subentities for individual properties with each subentity enjoying the same legal protections as the umbrella limited liability company.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a person to establish an umbrella limited liability company with subentities for individual properties.
