AN ACT CONCERNING SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL VIOLATION INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require contractors to provide information regarding any past or present safety or occupational violation as part of the state contract award process.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that companies doing business with the state provide information on any safety or occupational violations such companies have incurred.
