AN ACT CONCERNING PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold amounts at which public works construction projects are required to abide by prevailing wage laws to eight hundred thousand dollars for new construction and two hundred thousand dollars for remodeling, refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair work.
Statement of Purpose:
To update the prevailing wage thresholds.
