AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF YOUTH FROM CONVERSION THERAPY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any licensed professional from engaging in conversion therapy with a person under the age of eighteen in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect youth from conversion therapy.
