AN ACT CONCERNING FREE FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the provision of feminine hygiene products at no cost in schools, shelters and correctional facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide free feminine hygiene products in schools, shelters and correctional facilities.
