AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S CONSOLIDATION OF DISTRICT DEPARTMENTS OF HEALTH AND MUNICIPAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Public Health from consolidating the district departments of health or the municipal health authorities.
Statement of Purpose:
To maintain the existing health authority and health district structure.
