AN ACT CONCERNING REDUCING WAITING LISTS FOR DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-211 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Developmental Services to include in the five-year departmental plan a strategy to reduce or potentially eliminate waiting lists for services.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Developmental Services to create a strategy for reducing waiting lists.
