AN ACT CONCERNING THE EQUITABLE PHASE-IN OF INCREASED EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to equitably phase-in increases of equalization aid grants so that towns receive one hundred per cent of the equalization aid grant funds they are entitled to under the formula.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide full funding of education cost-sharing dollars to towns.
