AN ACT CONCERNING A PUBLIC-PRIVATE MARKETING PARTNERSHIP TO RECRUIT BUSINESSES TO CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to pursue partners in the marketing industry for the development a public-private marketing partnership for the recruitment of businesses to the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To market the state to businesses looking to expand or relocate and to attract more new businesses to Connecticut through a public-private marketing partnership.
