AN ACT CONCERNING EXPANSION OF THE WALLINGFORD ENTERPRISE ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-70 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to expand boundaries of the current enterprise zone in the town of Wallingford to include the former Bristol-Myers Squibb research facility.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the reuse of a large research facility in Wallingford.
