AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR THE REGIONALIZATION OF SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 172 of the general statutes be amended to provide incentives to local and regional boards of education that collaborate regionalizing their school transportation services.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease school transportation mandates on school districts.
