AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE STUDENT DATA PRIVACY ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That public act 16-189 be amended to make implementation easier for local and regional boards of education while continuing to protect student data.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the student data privacy act of 2016.
