AN ACT CONCERNING THE CALCULATION OF SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT REIMBURSEMENT PERCENTAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-285a of the general statutes be amended to revise the formula used to determine a town's reimbursement percentage for a school building project to be a three-year rolling average of the equalized net grand list.
Statement of Purpose:
To use a three-year rolling average of the equalized net grand list for purposes of calculating a town's school construction reimbursement percentage.
