AN ACT CREATING EDUCATION SAVINGS ACCOUNTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create education savings accounts that are an alternative to vouchers and can be used to cover education expenses, such as tuition, tutoring, books and computers.
Statement of Purpose:
To create education savings accounts.
